The New Credit Repair Review Problem

by John LeBlanc on August 10, 2012

I guess I shouldn’t say it’s a new problem in the credit repair review arena, but it’s certainly a growing problem. Its what I call Fake Reviews.

See reviews whether it be about credit repair companies, vitamins, cars or the latest flat screen TV should be based on fact. Sadly, that’s not always the case anymore. Now the reviews are based on who pays the most affiliate fees.

Rarely if ever are facts even considered anymore. In fact, we’ve seen some really horrible reviews that completely lie about the facts. Stating some credit repair companies have no complaints, when in reality they have hundreds and hundreds of complaints and/or lawsuits against them. But, they pay the most affiliate fees so the real truth is overlooked, buried or straight out lied about.

We’ve been watching this growing problem for nearly two years now and have done a little homework of our own.

In the coming months we’ll be pointing out how you can avoid falling for a fake review site.
